8 years of inept relaxation
President Barack Obama has often been referred to by immigration groups as the "Deporter in Chief."

Between 2009 and 2015 his administration has removed more than 2.5 million people through immigration orders, which doesn’t include the number of people who "self-deported" or were turned away and/or returned to their home country at the border by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

How does he compare to other presidents?

According to governmental data, the Obama administration has deported more people than any other president's administration in history.

In fact, they have deported more than the sum of all the presidents of the 20th century.

I had seen that too.. You just have to dig to find out that's BS.

When they get turned around at the border, they're including those numbers. That's why they're so high. As for illegals who crossed the border, whole different story.

During the third and final presidential debate on 19 October 2016, Republican nominee Donald Trump remarked that President Barack Obama “has moved millions of people out … millions of people have been moved out of this country.” As of 2015, more than 2.5 million undocumented people had been deported by immigration authorities since President Obama took office in 2009, a total which is indeed record-setting. During the two terms of his predecessor, President George W. Bush, just over 2 million people were deported.
The Department of Homeland Security issues yearly statistics on enforcement actions. The latest available is for fiscal year 2014, which is Oct. 1, 2013, to Sept. 30, 2014.

From fiscal years 2009 to 2014, there have been more than 2.4 million removals, according to DHS data. Fiscal year 2009 includes data for a few months in which Obama was not in office.

Still, if we add just the full fiscal years in which he has been office, and for which data is available (2010-2014), there have been over 2 million removals. That corroborates Trump’s claim that "under Obama, millions of people have been moved out of this country."

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement also issues removal data. But its removal totals equals the sum of two actions: "removals" and "returns."

Removals account for people moved out of the country based on a formal order from a judge. Returns track people who were encountered by ICE, but who chose to depart the United States prior to a resolution of their immigration case.

Even then, ICE data shows that more than 2 million people have been moved out of the country while Obama has been in office, supporting part of Trump’s claim.

‘Nobody knows about it, nobody talks about it’

In the debate, however, Trump also claimed these millions of deportations have not been spoken about.

"Nobody knows about it, nobody talks about it," Trump said.

But there is extensive reporting that shows otherwise. For years, news outlets have reported on Obama’s deportation numbers.

Some examples:

2010: The Washington Post reported that "the Obama administration is deporting record numbers of illegal immigrants."

2012: NPR reported that the Obama administration "deported a record 1.5 million" in his first term.

2014: An analysis by The New York Times found that since Obama became president, "two-thirds of the nearly two million deportation cases involve people who had committed minor infractions, including traffic violations, or had no criminal record at all."

2016: The New York Times reported in June that Obama "has carried out many more deportations than previous presidents, setting a record of more than 2.4 million formal removals."

Even immigration advocates have called out Obama for his deportation record, challenging his campaign promise to provide a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants.

Obama was dubbed the "Deporter-in-Chief" in 2014 by Janet Murguía, president of the National Council of La Raza, an immigrant advocacy group.

"For the president, I think his legacy is at stake here," Murguía told Politico in March 2014. "We consider him the deportation president, or the deporter-in-chief."

We pointed out the Politico article to Trump’s campaign and a spokesperson said, "That was published over two years ago." But Trump’s claim at the debate did not specify that deportations under Obama are not currently being talked about -- which would still be an inaccurate statement.

Obama addressed the "Deporter-In-Chief" moniker in a 2014 interview with Jorge Ramos, a Fusion and Univision anchor. Ramos told him 2 million deportations under his presidency had destroyed families and that he was called "Deporter-in-Chief." Obama said it was "not true" when Ramos said he could’ve stopped deportations.

"There certainly has been a lot of folks who have focused on Obama’s deportation record," said William Stock, an immigration lawyer and president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. "No one can argue that not only have there been hundreds of thousands of removals each year, but there have also been a lot of people talking about those removals."

The number of deportations under Obama have been raised by the press, advocacy groups and even at congressional hearings with Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., a Trump adviser, Stock said.

Our ruling

Trump said "Nobody knows about it, nobody talks about it, but under Obama, millions of people have been moved out of this country, they've been deported."

More than 2.4 million people have been deported under Obama’s presidency. But Trump’s claim that "nobody knows about it, nobody talks about it," is completely wrong. Not only is federal data issued about it on a yearly basis, there has also been extensive media coverage about it. Immigration advocates have called out the president for it and congressional hearings on deportations have also taken place.

The liberal media failed again because of their strong democrat bias. The liberal media failed to have front cover leading articles and leading TV reports of ICE agents hand cuffing people and getting illegal people ready to deport. If they had done that Trumps deportation policy would not be news.

It was not covered by the liberal news outlets now as Trump in the president it's being covered in detail

Sure, ignore all the reports cited above. Even Donny reported it in front of millions during the debates.

Anybody with half a brain, willing to look, can find facts cited by multiple sources, across the partisan line.

Trump would never have been elected if Congress had done their job and come up with a fact based, bi-partisan, comprehensive immigration policy.

Some numbers for all you extreme vetters:

300 immigration judges, with a current backlog of 540,000 cases. That's before the latest round of deportations. many more judges needed, many more hearings, waiting lists going through the roof. When you get deported, you get a hearing. Cost? Many more millions.

41,000 detention beds now. That number will have to increase. Cost currently, before latest news, is 2 billion per year.

Hope all the conservative, fiscally responsible, small government conservatives in the House have their checkbooks ready...

Several recent incidents involving deportation proceedings have garnered national media attention and put immigrants on the alert.

This week, a Salvadoran immigrant residing in the US illegally was taken back to a detention center against her will after she was hospitalized in Texas and found to have a brain tumor, her lawyers told The Hill.

Last week, an "unprecedented" incident occurred at a courthouse in El Paso County in Texas when ICE officers arrested a woman who had sought a protective order against her boyfriend, whom she said was abusive. The woman, who had been living in a shelter for victims of domestic abuse, was undocumented and had a criminal record but no outstanding warrants, according to the county attorney Jo Anne Bernal.

"It really was a stunning event," Bernal told The Washington Post. "It has an incredible chilling effect for all undocumented victims of crime in our community."

And on Tuesday, a Mexican man killed himself just yards from the Tijuana-San Diego border, hours after he was deported from the US for the sixth time. He had been worried about his ability to provide for his three children, according to relatives.
Feel safer yet?

Joe Arpio style...
Joe's all done. Voted OUT.
Of everything that can be said about Joe Arpaio, the soon-to-be former sheriff of Arizona’s Maricopa County, it would be remiss to leave out persistence. He is 84 years old and has helmed the largest sheriff’s office in the state for six terms. He conducted “crime-suppression operations,” which a federal judge determined to be racial profiling, long after he was ordered to stop. For willfully ignoring that court-order, he now faces misdemeanor criminal contempt of court charges. This November, he was defeated in his reelection, but he has one last investigation to finish.

On Thursday night, Arpaio released the findings of his five-year probe into the citizenship of President Obama. In a more than hour-long press conference, Arpaio and his lead investigator in the case, Mike Zullo, who heads a nonprofit called the Cold Case Posse, a group of volunteers, presented what they said was “profound” evidence, which was “quite disturbing” and clear proof that Obama’s birth certificate from Hawaii was a “fraudulently created document.” What followed would have been comical, were the implications into what the birther movement really means not so concerning: a conspiracy elevated to a national spectacle that sought to discredit the first black U.S. president.
He took his lead from Donny, a birther until he wasn't...

Absolutely the liberal democrat way of taking advantage of people by paying slave wages, unsafe working conditions and a kick in the ass when things go south must change. Illegal aliens bring down the standard of living for the, middle class, lower middle class and poor people.

Companies should be heavily fined when they brake the law, Obama's lawlessness by not enforcing laws harmed everyone

1- Since only 8 million people have ObamaCare, how will 24 million people die if it is repealed? Will 16 million people be randomly shot?

(reference from 2016 enrollments for 2017 set a record “Nearly 6.4 million Americans have selected Obamacare policies through the federal exchange for coverage starting Jan. 1” at

CNN/Money Magazine link: http://money.cnn.com/2016/12/21/news/ec ... index.html)

2- If Donald Trump deleted all of his emails, wiped his server with Bleachbit and destroyed all of his phones with a hammer, would the mainstream media suddenly lose all interest in the story and declare him innocent?

3- If women do the same job for less money, why do companies hire men to do the same job for more money? (Ouch!)

4- If you rob a bank in a Sanctuary City, is it illegal or is it just an undocumented withdrawal?

5- Why is each ISIS attack now a reaction to Trump policies, but all ISIS attacks during Obama's term were due to such things as climate change and a plea for jobs?

6- After the London 'Lone Wolf' terrorist attack government officials arrested at least eight other 'Lone Wolves' who had conspired with the original 'Lone Wolf' in planning the 'Lone Wolf' attack. Even though all involved were Muslims, why were those attacks completely unassociated with Islam?

7- We should stop calling them all 'Entitlements'. Welfare, Food Stamps, WIC, are not entitlements. They are taxpayer funded handouts, and shouldn't be called entitlements at all. Social Security and Veterans Benefits are Entitlements because the people receiving them are entitled to them. They were earned and paid for by the recipients.

8- If Muslims want to run away from a Muslim country, does that mean they're Islamophobic?

9- If Liberals don't believe in biological gender then why did they march for women's rights?

10- How did the Russians get Debbie Wasserman Schultz and the DNC to steal the Primary from Bernie Sanders? How did Russia get Donna Brazile to leak debate questions to Hillary Clinton in advance of the debates?

11- Why is it that Democrats think Superdelegates are fine, but they have a problem with the Electoral College?

12- If you don't want the FBI involved in elections, don't nominate someone who's being investigated by the FBI.

13- If Hillary's speeches cost $250,000 an hour, how come no one shows up to her free ones?

14- Why is the DNC mad at Russia for trying to manipulate our election by exposing that the DNC was trying to manipulate our election?

15- Why is it that Liberals and the media are upset about the words Trump used 11 years ago but they are alright with adult men using the Ladies Room with our wives and daughters?

This is old news, 2015, care to ingest the update??
MORNE BOSSA, Haiti — Drive down the rutted dirt road a couple of miles to the guardhouse, then hike 15 minutes up to the overgrown hilltop, and there it is: a piece of 3 1/2 -inch-wide PVC pipe sticking out of the ground.

This is what, at least for the time being, a gold mine looks like.

It also has become a potentially problematic issue for Hillary Rodham Clinton as she considers a second presidential run, after it was revealed this month that in 2013, one of her brothers was added to the advisory board of the company that owns the mine.

Tony Rodham’s involvement with the mine, which has become a source of controversy in Haiti because of concern about potential environmental damage and the belief that the project will primarily benefit foreign investors, was first revealed in publicity about an upcoming book on the Clintons by author Peter Schweizer.
Go fish and enjoy the update... They know where the nickles are buried too... What's next, iranian uranium???

Media outlets tore apart Schweizer's allegation that Hillary Clinton played a "central role" in approving a Russian uranium deal for Clinton Foundation donors. He made multiple errors in a section alleging Bill Clinton's speaking fees influenced State Department grants in Haiti. He cited as fact a press release that was revealed as a hoax years before. He took a former U.S. ambassador's words "badly out of context," drawing condemnation from the individual. He erred in his conspiracy about Hillary Clinton's vote on an India nuclear deal. He excluded multiple pieces of exculpatory evidence that undermine his claims. He hypocritically attacked the Clintons for engaging in the same behavior that Schweizer's former boss, George W. Bush, did. And he alleged Clinton conspiracies that, in the words of third parties who reviewed his work, have "no evidence," are "circumstantial," and have "no smoking gun."
Schweizer Has A History Of Shoddy Reporting. Prior to Clinton Cash, reporters and fact checkers have excoriated Schweizer for massive factual problems. A Media Matters analysis found at least 10 separate incidents in which media called out Schweizer for botching his reporting. The following is how reporters have described Schweizer's work: "Incorrect," "inaccurate," "bogus," "a fatal shortcoming in Journalism 101," "the facts didn't stand up," "unfair and inaccurate," "specious argument," "there was nothing there," "suspicious," "the facts don't fit," facts "do not check out," sources "do not exist or cannot be tracked down," "confusion and contradiction," "discrepancies," "admitted a mistake," "neither journalism nor history," "a polemic so unchecked ... that we can't tell the fact from the fiction," sources "have clearly used him," and "tacitly conced[ed] he was wrong."

you need to find better sources.
