There you have it. Harvard and her parents, not the Secret Service, will worry about her.
Why should Harvard be responsible at all? It should be all on the parents.
WHITE HOUSE - In an official press release on Sunday, the White House revealed that Malia Obama, as well as nine Secret Service agents, will attend Harvard in 2017.

Every college in the country provides some measure of security for its students.

You didn't know that?

Fun With Definitions... Fascism
review by Wikipedia...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberal_Fascism
"Liberal Fascism: The Secret History of the American Left, From Mussolini to the Politics of Meaning" by Jonah Goldberg, 2008
In the book, Goldberg argues that both modern liberalism and fascism descended from progressivism, and that before World War II, "fascism was widely viewed as a progressive social movement with many liberal and left-wing adherents in Europe and the United States".[2] Goldberg writes that there was more to fascism than bigotry and genocide, and argues that those characteristics were not so much a feature of Italian fascism, but rather of German Nazism, which was allegedly forced upon the Italian fascists "after the Nazis had invaded northern Italy and created a puppet government in Salò."[3]
Hillary and many of the present day progressives are fascist
He argues that over time, the term fascism has lost its original meaning and has descended to the level of being "a modern word for 'heretic,' branding an individual worthy of excommunication from the body politic", noting that in 1946, the socialist anti-fascist writer George Orwell described the word as no longer having any meaning except to signify "something not desirable".[4][5]
Antifa, the soon to be strong arm faction of the democratic party, anti fascist?? Not at all.

Still liberal? Really??

Geeeezzz. How many days did it take to get around to my question about the definitions of socialist/socialism?

Will bobcat understand the point I was alluding to?

-Mr. Russia
Why do so many officials FEAR and kowtow to the Marshfield Airport gang?

What is the source of their power? Does it involve some kind of unseemly enterprise? A government entity?

Joseph there services that only the government can provide .So those services would be a form of socialism. I support services that help the general public. If you are one who believes in limited government ,then you should also believe that limited government should stay out of the public's bedroom.

I have been very successful and retire being able to live a good standard of living. So I would basically say I am a fiscal conservative and when it comes to social issues you say I am liberal or even go farther and say I am a Libertarian . I believe in free will and no one has the right to tell another person what they can and can not do to themselves.

What about Social Security, Medicare, air traffic controllers , and Building 10 . The private sector can not provide those services that the government does.

To all you Trump supporters Trump did the country a real favor by giving Joe Arpaio a pardon. First for Arpaio to accept the pardon he has to acknowledge that is is guilty of the crime. Second he now can be sued in civil court and the pardon does not protect him. Third the most important he can not take the 5th. I love it Trump is helping Arpaio go to hell. But the Red Head has no idea what he has done.

Where is Joe Arpaio going to get his money. He can not collect a pension . I hope he can live on $1259 month from Social Security .

Wasn't Joe Arpaijo convicted of contempt of court? How would the admission to that misdemeanor help his opponents in civil court?

Granted too many court's rulings these days are political. Look at how Marty Walsh's goons walked in the Top Chef case. But in civil court the burden of proof is still on the plaintiff.

Former Sheriff Joe Arpaio committed a crime by defying a court order to stop detaining suspected undocumented immigrants, a judge ruled on Monday, in the latest rebuke for a once-popular politician who was voted out of office last year.
Criminal contempt. Racial profiling. Detaining people because of the color of their skin.

Voted out, finally.

And he and Donnie bought in to and perpetuated the birther
nonsense.

https://obamawhitehouse.archives.gov/bl ... ertificate
"President Barack Obama was born in the United States," Trump said brusquely at the end of a campaign event in his new Washington hotel. "Period."
About 12 hours earlier, senior adviser Jason Miller said in a statement Trump had compelled Obama to release his birth certificate in 2011 to dispel questions about the fact he was born in Hawaii in 1961.

"Mr. Trump believes that President Obama was born in the United States,

oh, btw, JFK is still alive, and the moon landing was faked.

Fun with definitions...
How accused became convicted
Criminal contempt. Racial profiling. Detaining people because of the color of their skin.
Joe Arpaio may have been accused of these things but was not convicted. I'm not even sure he was tried for those offenses. He was convicted of criminal contempt of court and that is the misdemeanor from which he was pardoned .

So again; How does this conviction help any opponent in civil court?

Following a bench trial instead of a jury trial, Arpaio was found guilty of criminal contempt of court. U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton wrote that Arpaio had "willfully violated an order of the court" by failing "to ensure his subordinates' compliance and by directing them to continue to detain persons for whom no criminal charges could be filed." Arpaio was scheduled to be sentenced in October 2017.[15]
His subs were ordered by him to racially profile. He was told to order them to stop. He did not comply. Worse, he told them to keep on detaining people without cause.

What more do you want? Do your own research.

His subs were ordered by him to racially profile.
He was accused of ordering his subs of racially profiling. By denying him the very right to defend his innocence of that charge, and leveling the contempt conviction, the judge also denied Joe due process. Never mind proving that Joe was guilty of profiling. President Trump was absolutely right in pardoning Joe

Vlad_Rap where do you come up with your crap. A little time line for you. ""In December 2011, U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow issued a preliminary injunction ordering Arpaio and his deputies to stop targeting Latino drivers. " "Prosecutors allege that Arpaio's deputies defied the injunction for at least 18 months. In May 2013, Snow ruled that Arpaio's office had engaged in racial profiling." The charge against Arpaio is criminal contempt of court, a misdemeanor. He went to trial in July of 2017 and was found guilty. The Judge was Susan Bolton . So Joe Arpaio due process was never denied. His lawyers were in the process to appeal the conviction. But now with the pardon he acknowledges that he is guilty of a crime.

Wrong charge. The prosecutors chose to move on "contempt of court" rather than "profiling" because they knew the charge of "profiling" would take much longer. They just wanted to be rid of this pesky sheriff. Take a look at JIMD's last post. A conservative court would have picked up on this injustice immediately. A liberal court , well , they're pretty much caught up in group think and do what they're told. Donald was correct.
The Judge was Susan Bolton
Whoah! Susan Bolton! Who knew?

Right charge.

He was convicted for willfully disobeying the law after a court ordered him to stop singling out drivers based on ethnicity and detaining them without charges.

Refusing to enforce an order of the court is contempt.

Trump should have let the guy's lawyers appeal.

Absolutely. Whoever it is the "guy" you refer to.
This is where specific facts come in handy.

Police have authority to stop you on the street for no reason, but they cannot search you without reason. The Supreme Court has held that law enforcement officers can approach and talk to anyone.

If they ask for id and you provide it, the conversation can stop right there.

Donny woke up on third base and thought he hit a triple. I prefer Kasich's story...
