Burlap sacks wanted

Post by Patricia J Reilly » Jul Tue 03, 2007 3:18 pm

Anyone have any burlap sacks around they no longer need? We need to soak them in seawater for use in a clambake pit.

Are those the sacks that people use in sack races?

If so, they sell them at Building 19 1/2 in Pembroke.
There's a lot of love to notice.

Thanks someone. I was hoping to get them for free though because they are just going to be soaked in seawater and heated in the clambake pit to steam things up and separate things. We have used tin foil in the past but think burlap would work better. We can always use foil again though - especially if we don't get the free burlap - given the cost of lobstah and all!
